Crazy Tops Adventure

Hi and thanks for checking my work out! We will keep this super short and simple :). My name is Brandon and I live in North Dakota. I have 2 awesome children and I like to cook and bake.

I kinda of just pick out recipes and put my crazy spin on them. I may not always follow the cooking "rules," but who cares if the food taste awesome right?? I did have a local bakery for a year and was able to experience that, but now I make everything from my home. I did go to Le Cordon Blue in Minnesota years ago where I received an Associates degree in baking. Over the last 2 years I have been trying out for baking shows on TV, so who knows maybe one day I will be a big deal! Oh and I might like the color Neon Green incase your missed that.
