Pasta Salad

This is my go to pasta salad recipe. This is a fun versatile recipe because you can just add whatever you would like. I make this one and try to save the leftovers for breakfast and lunch the next day.



Recipe:

1 Box of Tricolor pasta

1 bag of Cheddar Cheese

1/2 pack of Pepperoni

1 large of bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing

Salt and Pepper to taste

Optional:

Small Can of Olives

1 can of Baby corn spears

1/4 onion diced ( I use red)

If I know I will have the pasta for a few days I under cook it by 1 minute to the boxes directions. This will help keep the pasta from getting mushy and will extend it a few days.
