Edible Cookie Dough

Here is my recipe for edible monster cookie dough. The fun part of this recipe is that it is the same recipe I use for all of my flavors. You simply just sub in the flavors you want. Depending on what you want you may need more flour or more milk and you just adjust. For those of you that might not know there is a reason this recipe is considered edible.


First there are no raw eggs in this recipe, because anytime you eat raw eggs you risk getting sick. Also flour was never meant to be consumed in its raw form. So in order to make this yummy treat you have to cook the flour to above 160 degrees before using. You can do this in the microwave in about 2 to 3 minutes stirring occasionally. If you wish to do a large batch you can bake the flour in the oven at 375 for about 20 minutes. It's a super simple process that allows you to eat this treat safely.


Also remember not to over load your mixer. Start with small batches to learn your mixer. This dough can become stiffer and heavier causing damage to your mixer...I've heard.....from a friend 🙄😊
